Shipping policy

Currently, we ship orders within Hawaii/USA and Okinawa/Japan.  Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and the shipping fee will be automatically added to your total at checkout.  A tracking number will be provided.

US territories and possessions, including America Samoa, CNMI, Guam, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO/DPO, are included in USPS domestic mail service.

During periods of high order volume (i.e., Okinawan Festival, holidays, etc.) please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing.  During the holidays there may be additional delays due to extended shipping times, please check USPS for details.  We appreciate your patience!
