Hizuki Yoko was born and raised in Kobe. Born to a father from Kansai and a mother from Kyushu, grew up in Kobe. Ancestors' roots are on Yoron Island. Since childhood, she has been interested in music and believes that singing is her way of being.
・In 2005, she was recognized by Alberto Shiroma, the lead singer of the Okinawan Latin rock band "DIAMANTES," and made her debut in Okinawa with Shiroma as her producer.
